Your comprehensive DiGA backend package

You can rely on that: Your DiGA backend iscompliant with BSI TR-03161 and the DiGA data protection criteria according to BfArM. We also use an integrated concept for deleting data for our backend services (e.g. in the event of an objection or after DiGA expires).

Your DiGA backend package includes these services

    • Integration of DiGA activation code validation (optionally with generated self-pay codes)

    • Logging of relevant events (e.g. account, export, approvals, support)
    • Interfaces for retrieving customer messages
  • Support and Helpdesk Web Interface
    • Management of user accounts for support
  • Notification and Tracking Service
    • Push notifications to the app (e.g. reminders, information, inbox messages)
    • Optional tracking of app events
  • Consent Service
    • Management and history of all user-specific consents
  • App data service
    • Saving user data in the backend (e.g. progress, medication)
  • Export Service
    • Export of customer data in various formats (PDF / JSON / FHIR / MIO)
    • Export to the electronic patient record (ePA): Duexport

    • Tracking of service status and alerts in case of errors

Included in this package:

Staging and test system, migration of specific business logic if required, consulting and support with certification and customization of the app

The package includes up to 3 days of consulting to customize the interfaces between the app and the backend.
