BAYOOMED @Health Electronics Summit 2025
On September 16, 2025, Nuremberg will host the first Health Electronics Summit will take place in Nuremberg – a new platform that combines electronics, medical technology and artificial intelligence.
The focus is on digital health, medical wearables, connected devices and new business models from health-as-a-service to individualized medicine. The event brings together industry leaders, start-ups, research and regulation to discuss trends such as AI-supported diagnostics, smart care applications and software-defined medical devices and to drive forward the digital transformation in the healthcare sector.
A special highlight is the presentation by Sebastian Wittor, Project Manager, and Kristina Reibisch entitled “AI-supported 3D stent printing for brain aneurysms”. In it, they present the BMBF-funded project “IndiPlant”, which uses artificial intelligence to develop patient-specific stents for the treatment of bifurcation aneurysms. Based on CT image data, aneurysms and blood vessels are precisely segmented, anatomically accurate 3D designs are created, simulated, validated and 3D printed – an approach that sets new standards for individualized therapies in neurology.
Sounds exciting? Our experts look forward to meeting you at the annual conference.
