As Customer & Partnership Relations Lead, you’ll serve as the central point of contact between our prospects, customers, partner companies, and the YOOme network. You’ll actively shape the expansion of our relationships in the digital health sector, with a focus on DiGA, the pharmaceutical industry, and health insurance companies—and you know that a well-maintained network is the best source of new business.

We are currently looking for

Customer & Partnership Relations Lead (m/f/d) Digital Health

We are strongest when we work together as a team—that’s why we operate a hybrid model with at least three days per week on-site at the respective location and two days working flexibly from home.

Your tasks

  • Actively maintaining and strategically expanding existing contacts in the target industries of digital health (DiGA), pharmaceuticals, medtech, and health insurance—with the clear goal of securing new projects
  • Establishing, managing, and strategically developing client relationships in the digital health sector (DiGA manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, medtech firms, health insurance providers)
  • Analysis of needs and project requirements to connect clients with the right services from the BAYOOMED portfolio
  • Support for the tendering process, as well as assistance with bids, grant applications, and project presentations
  • Presenting BAYOOMED at trade shows, conferences, and industry events both domestically and internationally
  • Participating in associations and professional groups to actively drive innovation in the digital health community
  • Ensuring the automated, seamless transfer of sales-related data to the CRM and other tools
  • Close collaboration with the YOOme Sales Team to coordinate joint strategies
  • Supporting existing network partnerships within the BAYOOMED ecosystem

Your profile

  • Completed commercial or technical training or a degree in engineering, medical technology, IT or economics
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, medtech, life sciences, DiGA/DTx industries, or in the health insurance sector—and, ideally, a network that you can actively draw upon
  • Knowledge of the regulatory landscape (e.g., MDR, IVDR, SaMD, DiGA guidelines) as well as project management
  • Confident handling of CRM systems and digital communication platforms
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Independent, proactive and solution-oriented way of working
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
