BAYOOMED and BIG direkt gesund have been working closely together for several years – from the conception to the ongoing expansion of the meineBIG app as a central service platform. In the 2019/2020 relaunch, BAYOOMED impressed with its modular solution design, high level of technical expertise and efficient, transparent processes (SCRUM). The app was rethought in a user-centered way and has been continuously expanded ever since.

Key features include biometric login, a secure electronic inbox and integrated reward features.
