We are a member of BVMed
Since 2023 BAYOOMED is a member of BVMed, the German Medical Technology Association. This gives us the opportunity to work together with over 300 other association members to actively shape the future of the medtech industry.
A chance we are happy to take in order to further advance the digital transformation in medical technology. We are also looking forward to exchanging valuable information and networking within the association.
In July, we were already able to share our expertise with other BVMed members, because we joined the webinar “Cybersecurity for Medical Devices” as speakers.

With the #MedTechGermany BVMed campaign, we want to raise attention for the strength and innovation in the medtech sector. After all, the German medtech sector is one of the driving elements of the economic future: with a 38 percent stake of the European market and 36 billion euros in sales, Germany is one of the innovation drivers.
Around 500,000 different medical products from innovative and highly specialised players in the medtech sector are on the market in Germany.

About BVMed
As a trade association, the BVMed promotes the interests of its members towards politics and the public. It represents around 310 German and international manufacturers and suppliers in the medical technology sector as well as providers of medical aids and homecare.
The association’s tasks include organising, advising and representing its members as well as networking through regular exchange formats among each other.
